The Victorian Players' Mission Statement
The mission of the Victorian Players is to perform plays by writers born during the reign of Queen Victoria in England and other drama which concerns itself with Victoriana; to experiment with new forms of dramatic writing, acting, staging and presentation, through the use of non-traditional casting and alternative stage techniques; to promote and encourage the ability, education, and talent of young people interested in the state and the arts; to give individuals who have had no stage experience the opportunity, training, and encouragement to participate in theatrical productions; to foster the development of the appreciation of the dramatic arts by staging productions not otherwise available in the community; to keep the classics of the theater alive.
“Special Events” Not Covered by the Mission Statement
Special events are not bound by our family-friendly policy: They may contain violence and language inappropriate for children. Special events lie outside the regular season shows. Therefore, season tickets (flex passes) do not apply
